1) My project will be a mixed-use high rise building.
2) My project will be about a high rise building which provides commercial, residential, hotel, office, healthy center, fitness center and other functional facilities combined together to create the high efficient living and working environment for people who want modern and high speed lifestyle in a high density urban area.
3) My project will be developed because it will become a good solution to the high energy consumpted issue . After the development of the automobile industry, the urban area was extend quickly and people’s life was changing, people choose to live faraway from where they work depend on the cars and other public transportation. However, people have to face to the crisis of energy shortage issue nowadays which requires a solution that will reduce the use of fuel and a more efficient lifestyle. So a high concentrated and functional construction to cater for all needs in one building will meet this goal.
A zero energyhigh rise building
1) My project will be a high rise office building
2) My project will be about to create an office building in a high density urban area, by using efficiently designed mechanical system, passive strategy, operatable façade system, self support energy production system and etc to build a zero energy consumption high rise for energy concerned people.
3) My project will be developed because high rise buildings use huge energy every year and these buildings affect the urban environment a lot. This project will combine all sustainable and ecological strategies as well as innovating technology to make the building self support and reduce the harmful affection to the environment to the limit.
Anelderly care center
1) My project will be an elderly care center
2) My project will be about to build an elderly care center which provide the older population—persons 65 years or older the fulfillment of the special needs and requirements that are unique to them.
3) My project will be developed because stokeholds need, as the population of elder people grows quickly; most elders would prefer to continue to live in their own homes (aging in place). Unfortunately the majority of elderly people gradually loses functioning ability and requires either additional assistance in the home or a move to an eldercare facility. In this project, the design of the function, circulation, natural environment , specific facilities and etc will make response to the elder people’s special habit and behavior. This elderly care center would use latest Architectural technology and design concept to cater for individual’s need . .
